Here is your Astrology:

Andrea McCaskey

Born: 7/29/62, 7:35 a.m. in Nashville, TN

You are Leo Sun, Cancer Moon and your rising sign is on the cusp of Virgo and Leo.

In astrology there is a whole sign method of reading and a quadrant method of reading.

The whole sign method provides information on patterns, long-term topics and purpose. This method also makes the rising sign the whole first house. Doing this provides patterns, long-term topics and information about purpose. Using the whole sign method you are a 1st House Leo Rising.

The quadrant system divides houses by time and space. There are a variety of quadrant systems including Placidus, Koch, Regiomontanus. In the quadrant system, signs may be unequal, and they may span different houses. This system is best at explaining embodiment, social conditioning, lived experience and adaptation as well as relationship dynamics. Using the Placidus system you are aVirgo rising in the 11th house. Using other quadrant systems the house changes and the sign may even switch to Leo.

What it means?

You are born on the Leo–Virgo cusp, giving you a natural balance of confidence and discernment. At your core (Leo rising), you radiate presence, creativity, and leadership, naturally drawing attention and inviting others to see you. At the same time, life calls you to be precise, thoughtful, and service-oriented (Virgo), especially in how you manage resources, skills, and responsibilities. Your chart shows a rhythm between shining and serving: you are meant to express yourself boldly while also contributing meaningfully to groups, systems, and the communities you belong to. This combination gives you the ability to lead with both warmth and wisdom, integrating personal authority with practical action in ways that benefit both you and the larger world.

Astrology Reading Summary

Andrea McCaskey

Born: July 29, 1962, 7:35 a.m.

At 7:35 a.m. on July 29, 1962, the Virgo constellation was rising on the eastern horizon. Because this was a little bit after sunrise the Sun is rising up from the 12th into the 11th house.

You were born just before the new moon in the waning cycle of the moon, which would lend itself to you liking a little bit of your own space, your own time, your own meditation. It's quiet. It's the end of the lunar cycle when the energy is a little bit lower. You may need a little recharge time, rather than going, going, going all day long like the people that were born just after the new moon.

The moon and the sun both are dignified in your chart, which is kind of like being born gifted in a certain way because the Sun is optimally placed in the sign of Leo, the moon is optimally placed in the sign of Cancer and that means that your inner compass, your masculine, what inspires you, what drives you is gifted, that's the Leo energy. And, Leo energy is passionate and playful. It is about self-expression, feeling like you're respected for what you have to say, and acknowledged for its validity and importance.

Saturn

Saturn in Aquarius is opposed to your Sun which means you’ve had to work through a pretty substantial amount of oppressive energy - the disciplinarian, structure, rigidity and heaviness. Your challenge has been and continues to be to work through the voice of ego and just how strong it can be so that before you die before you want your ego to have let go of the belief that life is self criticism or situations where you know there are consequences to failure or pressure when there is failure. There is an unconditional self-acceptance available here.

Your karma lives in your role in the world, somewhat in relationships, somewhat in claiming your independence and sovereignty - alchemizing societal oppression energy.

Saturn is now in a place very similar to where it was roughly 29, 30 years ago when you chose to adopt, it sounds like. And so anyway, when we look at this map, which we're not going to get as specific as I'm making reference to now, but you begin to see that life events correspond with specific transits activating significant areas of our charts.

And that's also where finding the birth time and landing in a way that we have a template or a structure to start pinpointing events makes a lot of sense that you basically adopted your first child as Saturn was entering your seventh house, which is about marriage, partnership, other and of course what a significant shift in your marriage and you know of course the relationship with the other as your child and so many different archetypes coming online right when Saturn's moving into a place where that's supposed to happen basically. So it's always fascinating to me to track the history.

4th House

The fourth house is family. Having a family was a really important thing for you to do personally. There was something very big that happened when you created a family, when you chose to start a family.

You have no planets in 4th house so there is nothing to play out here.

Venus in Virgo

Venus is in Virgo and also in opposition to Jupiter. Because Venus is in the first house in Virgo, there's going to be an element of both race and gender being something that you had to work through. This is you being an independent woman. This is you also being in a space where you would attract situations that required you to stand in your power to be in your power and in spite of whatever the state of the world or the state of the social circumstances were.

Pluto

Pluto is right on your rising sign, which means that Pluto was rising the moment you're born, which makes you as intense as you need to be to deal with whatever's put in front of you. So toe to toe, you got some serious mojo and you know how to use it. And that's a powerful thing. And it's a beautiful thing when used consciously. You've got such a strong energetic current when you direct your energy and you're doing it, let's say, in a meditation or you're doing it in, you know, a volunteering for whomever, when you're doing something when you're doing it with your full presence, it moves people.

It naturally impacts people in ways that are inexplicable but undeniable. And so that's having Pluto on the ascendant. You're an agent of transformation in this world, in this lifetime.

That's something that is very important to know about. And we only know this because we've landed on your, you have Pluto at eight degrees Virgo and your rising sign is eight degrees Virgo. So you have Pluto right on your ascendant.

Natural Healer: Jupiter/Chiron Conjunction

You have Jupiter right on your descendant. Pluto and Jupiter in Pisces and Pluto in Virgo, are forming an opposition, which means they're feeding energy. It's 180 degree angle, so they're basically shining a light on each other. And because they are two of the most powerful planets archetypally in astrology this is important. Jupiter is the biggest planet in our solar system by far, very buoyant, very expansive.

Jupiter is in your seventh house conjunct Chiron, the wounded healer, which means you are, you're a healer on a pretty high level. You can do a lot for people.

And your ability, it's not even an ability, it's natural. It's not something that you initially had to cultivate. It was just what you brought, you were brought in with.

I'm sure you've cultivated in many ways while you've been here since being born. But natally, you have a very powerful, kind of like seeing God and all, like getting so deeply spiritual. It is transcendent of judgment and rejection. You think -we're human and we might have moments, but in general, that's just not how you operate. You see people for who they are, even in a way they can't see themselves.

You would hold tremendous counsel with this chart. You are able to read people so, so well.

You hold codes and keys healing for people on a very deep level. And that's the Chiron-Jupiter conjunction in the seventh house. And so whether it was for your husband or for your children or for those in your immediate community and family, there’s so much wisdom that you're here to fully exact and fully exercise.

You know, Venus and Virgo, you care for other people, you care for the well-being, and if someone in your close circle is not well, you're one of the first people there in support, and it's kind of an all-in, I got you, what do you need kind of energy here. And I was pointing out that T-square, it's Pluto and Jupiter, both of them are squaring Mars.

Mars in your 10th House (Career and Public Roles)

You have Mars in the 10th house in your midheaven, and Mars is kind of like the night watchman.

You didn't sit still a lot in this life. You're somebody who moved and had to move and had to engage. And it's beautiful because when you have Mars in your 10th house, the more you own your assertive capacity, the more you own that voice in the world or you kind of take on the peaceful warrior kind of mentality. Mars in Gemini is very movement oriented but it's also very liberated in a way. You could avoid conflict certainly but you also when put into a situation where you didn't have the ability to let's say diplomatically resolve it, you could dance, you could go toe-to-toe with anybody if you had to. Like it wasn't even a fear thing, it was just a preference thing. There's not a lot of fear when it comes to standing up to authority. There's kind of almost an inclination to stand up to authority with this chart. And this is true whether or not you have Virgo rising, but Virgo rising never wants to get into an altercation. That's the least, it's the least aggressive rising sign because Virgos like things clean and neat. And there's really no need for violence. You'll never find a Virgo who's you know looking to get into MMA. It's very rare.

Virgos don't have that in them. You're a Leo. Leo's willing to get into the ring but when you have Virgo rising your inclination to use your energy in a more measured, more deliberate, more aligned or peaceful way is just in your nature.

And coming back around, which is me just probably rubber stamping that we're landing on this birth time in a good way, but I want you to know that your ability to be dexterous and move, which I don't need to tell you, I know I'm like, you know a lot about yourself more so than I'm going to probably read in a chart, but your nature is one that's capable of navigating whatever's thrown at you. Almost making a game out of it, having fun with it regardless. Like there's just a kind of default playfulness to this chart.

Examining Transits: For the purpose of knowing what's coming and how to meet it…

It's natural you would want to expand beyond your foundation to better understand basically human orientation through different lenses of perception, and not make any of them right or wrong because that's not really what you have any interest in doing.

Looking at the spiritual essence of your transits will help us gain a spiritual view. So Jupiter is in your seventh house, Jupiter is our spirituality and you have it in Pisces. Jupiter in Pisces is a very advantageous placement because it creates a kind of bandwidth of accepting a multitude of different beliefs and perspectives as valid. Maybe not relevant to your life but valid nonetheless or valid in relationship to what it does for other people in terms of their own coming to peace with life and spirit and all that.

Asteroids: One of the asteroids is called Pallas and Pallas is conjunct meaning right next to Mars when you were born at the top of your chart. Pallas is about a broader wisdom, a willing encompassing of different beliefs.

Book Timing

There's a lot of rising energy, ascending energy in the chart, meaning that while so many plants have been going down to the bottom of the chart, now they're coming up towards the top, which is to say that whatever the last, even the last couple months might have had some deeper digging to do, but what's happening as we now move towards the solstice, the winter solstice, and then every single day the sun's going to get brighter and brighter. So too, you've got Mars, Venus, the Sun, Mercury are all coming from the bottom of your chart towards the top for the next six months, seven months. And so what that lends itself to is it's kind of like if you were bouncing up and down on a trampoline, where you've just hit the lowest point of bounce and the months, weeks and months to come, it's like you're rising higher and higher and higher and that's like an elevating time. So creatively it lends itself to putting works out in the world or should say if you were going to, without knowing where you are, here's what I'll say.

I'll say that in about roughly three months it comes around like mid-February into March where we then have the spring equinox and move up into summer. All of that lends itself to creation. In a nutshell, completing a draft anywhere from roughly the end of April, May 1st all the way into July is a solid window.

Detailed Timeline for Book Focus

The Sun is in your 4th house now and so it’s a great time to focus on writing about your own family history, your own experience of being a mother, tracking into what family means to you, what family's influence has been.

January 5th  - February 5th focus on personal expression (5th House)

This is the, the sun will be in your fourth house until about January 5th, let's say. And then it goes into your fifth house. And when the son's transiting your fifth house, that's more about your personal expression, how you found your voice, how you tapped into what was your unique expression, and all the things that you had to bump up against and push, and it was pushing back to hold that down, whether it was society or gender politics or whatever it is, you got a month of the Sun going through the fifth house.

February 5th – March 5th: Service in the World (6th House)

That's how you began to realize I've got a voice and I feel inspired to use it in these unique places based on my soul's calling, based on what I feel is my service to the world. My integration of all of my life chapters to the point of being an empowered female, empowered being, and then we go into the Sun going into Pisces, and it goes to the seventh house. This will be right around early March.

Good Luck Late February/Early March

Your Sun will transit Jupiter in late February early March and go direct on March 10. This will be a good time for travel or to connect with a business partner.

You know another couple things I want to give you, in fact I want to because you have a couple transits coming up that are really important, one of which is Jupiter's going to transit your sun.

This happens every 11, or sorry, every like 11, 12 years. But more importantly, we want Jupiter transiting any planet, but especially our sun. It holds a level of good luck, prosperity.

So, and it's currently retrograde. Let me bring up when it's going to go direct. Give me just a second here. Mine the content you have between now and February 25th. With release in April. May, June because all of the planets except Pluto will be rising in your chart at that time.

We love Jupiter transiting any planet but when it's the moon, the Sun, the two most significant planets in this conversation that inform what feeds us, drives us, fuels us, how we feel and just feeling expansive and creative, it's going to be a really juicy time

If you feel compelled – travel! And I say that to say that going places where there is a different spiritual practice or just a spiritual like you know lineage and history to it will be highly informative to your experience and to your earlier comment about broadening your view of spirituality.

March 5th: Relationship to Other (7th House)

And then so then we got your relationship to the other, whether that's your husband, whether that's your children, whether that's your boss or your teacher or your parents. It's suddenly now, like these would be times for you to explore each of those things, if in fact these are areas you're unpacking in what you're writing.

March 25th: Separation & Alchemy (8th House)

Vernal equinox: This is about you getting beyond what felt like separation or the other and you begin to live in an alchemical dance with conditioning societal imprinting – an indoctrination not something to work against it.

You are alchemizing what it was bringing forward for you to be in your power, to be in your truth, to be in your voice and that's something that a Leo lives for.

You’re finding access to yourself and to God in the earthly realm of confrontational resistance and oppositional energies and that's duality.

It is a theogenic experience and that's the eighth house into the ninth house.

April 25th: The Teacher (9th House)

You embody yourself as a teacher, the teachings that you've studied, you're amalgamizing all the different pieces of what has informed your unique embodiment and impression of reality. This is your relationship to not only yourself as teacher but also theosophy at large and your Christian upbringing and that being the basis for what you've been, you now develop how you include more of humanity.

May 28th is when your son's at the top of your chart, and that’s the time to have something

It's important to have deadlines otherwise we can float.

At the bottom of the chart, you have Sagittarius at your nadir. Which says that you are somebody who wants to include all and everything. You don't want to reject anybody or anything. Because you see the element of where that is going to inhibit the fullest truth from being realized. We bring it all in, we amalgamize what fits and feels real and then that's what's so.

Virgo is a beautiful rising sign it can be a pain in the ass for other people but because you like things the way you like them but you but you're you're seldom if ever wrong about the alignment of things so there's that and it's a very intellectual rising sign Mercury rules Virgo. Mercury is all about our cognition, communication and perception and so it is a very intellectual rising sign. I don't know a single Virgo rising who would say that they're more emotion based than intellectual based. It just doesn't operate that way and because you have the moon in Cancer you're definitely an emotional being. If you come at it from an intellectual framework, Virgo is what I feel very confident in saying, if not certain in saying that's what was rising when you were born.

Transits

As far as the spiritual piece, it's fascinating. If we look at the current transits, you have no planets in your natal chart in the ninth house, which is where if I was going to think about spiritual exploration or philosophy and theosophy, that's the ninth house domain. And currently, the ruling planet of Aquarius, which is Uranus, is transiting your ninth house.

And has been for quite a while. So this isn't a new question for you, but it's one that you're very comfortable pushing boundaries and breaking through perceived limitations about what's right and wrong in any given spiritual framework, and really just trying it on.

You Are A Gifted Writer

Virgo risings are also very gifted writers as well, so that's something worth noting. And you've got Mercury in Leo, which means it would be a shame not to use your voice. It would be a shame not to share what you have to say. It would actually take away from the vast swath of humans who would otherwise not get what it is you have to give.

You have a gift, just with Venus and Virgo alone, of kind of having a sense of what needs to proceed what, what needs to follow what, to feel like this cohesive story that's going to take people on this journey that they just, once they're on, they can't imagine stepping off.

Put Your Words into the World

And so when you have Mercury and Leo in the 11th house, you have a responsibility to put your words into the world however you do that. That could be TikTok reels, I don't care what it is, but it is a responsibility that's yours. You can't just sit silent in this life, no way. And not that I'm saying you want to or even that you are, but that would be like a strong thing to deliver.

An Extraordinarily Auspicious Time: July 20th, July 25th and July 19th

Travel is also extraordinarily beautiful on or about July 20th, July 25th, and of course your birthday is the 29th because the sun will be conjunct Jupiter in the sky at the point where the sun was when you were born. If you are launching your book at this time it is an extraordinarily auspicious time because it rubber stamps: “this is who I am.” The odds are in your favor.

This time is also your Venus return. Venus is in Virgo, transiting your natal Venus, while the Sun and Jupiter are in Leo, transiting your natal Sun. That is a home run window in time. That would be, like, anything you feel compelled to do, anything you want to launch.

You'll consistently have a strong, you always have had a strong magnetism of drawing in the people you need, the resources you need, And that will only get stronger as the sun moves into your seventh house. Like I said, that was March something, like the end of March. So just know that, I mean, you have extraordinary levels of support already, but that's going to grow.

Go in, go deep, go as intense as it has been and as it was because that's what people are. I mean at this stage in the world's evolution it feels like there's you know, not that you're doing it for shock value, but as intense and dark as it might have been, that's what gets people's emotional chords involved. And so pull no punches and name what's true and real for you.

Uranus at the midheaven, Uranus invites you to see where you’ve identified with duality and binary ideas so that you can see and live into limitless possibilities.

SUN IN LEO

In the Northern Hemisphere, where this astrological system originated, the Sun is the strongest in late July and August. The Sun was therefore given dominion over the sign where it produced the most heat. The Sun rules Leo. This is its home, its throne, its place of majesty. The Sun in Leo has access to all its resources, all its talents, and all its glory. Having the Sun in Leo means that you are meant to burn bright. Confidence, eminence, and heart are some of the positive attributes of the Sun in this fixed fire sign. Here your Sun shines without shame. Gloriously, lavishly, and unabashedly exclaiming itself as the central giver of heat and light, your Sun in Leo needs to celebrate and be celebrated. Royal in your style, your Sun in Leo needs to rule something. Though not everyone born while the Sun is traveling through Leo will be driven to lead, at the very least your central mission in life is to find a way to give of your life force and get applauded for it. A Leo unloved can be a dangerous creature. Humans are attracted to light, and Leo takes that knowledge and runs with it. Leo is the archetypal performer, the clown who steals our heart with warmth and charisma. Passion, love, drama, playfulness, nobility, courage, romance, and exhibitionism are all traits of your Sun in Leo. When this placement is distorted, it can become egomaniacal, domineering, and self-obsessed. Without the right stage, your Sun can become a bitter, graceless, heartbroken creature whose playfulness gets overshadowed by entitlement. Your Sun in Leo needs to find the most appropriate uses of its charisma and charm so that self-righteousness gets cut off before it can take root. Using your personality as a vehicle for doing the work that is yours to do in the world is where your Sun in Leo will lead you toward great fulfillment.

Affirmations:

I am allowed to love the applause I receive.

I honor my energy by finding ways to joyfully express it on the stages that are most appreciative of it.

Reflection Questions:

Where in your life do you feel applauded, appreciated, and recognized for your gifts?

Do you admonish yourself for needing applause and appreciation from others? If so, why?

Do you feel that your self-expression, creative energy, and ability to shine are tied to your life’s purpose?

You may still be figuring out the specific way in which you shine, but does the thought of utilizing your creative energy in the world feel important and central to your life’s purpose?

MOON IN CANCER

In Cancer, its own sign, the Moon feeds the masses. Here the Moon is strong, extreme in its significations, and undeniable in its power. The Moon in Cancer needs to nourish others as much as others need its nourishment. To feel safe in the world, Moon in Cancer develops emotional bonds, in many cases ones that feel like family. Security comes through connection to others but can also come at a cost. This Moon can lose itself in the role of the caretaker, forgetting that its own needs are as valid as anyone else’s.

Extremely sensitive, empathic, and intuitive, you will pick up on, and most likely hold, the unprocessed emotions of others. Learning to release the energy that you have absorbed from others is a lifesaving tactic. Moodiness is often the marker of having lost one’s emotional boundary. To regulate, you will likely need a safe place to call home, a shell to crawl back into, and a sanctuary in which to cleanse yourself of the residue of human suffering. Since the Moon is in its place of power, there may be an experience of ease or abundance on the material plane, especially in regard to the house that it is placed in. Because this is such a dominant placement, you may also feel more resonance with your Moon than your Sun. Issues related to the Moon in general (feeding, caring for, caring about, bonding, writing, and moving about the world) may feature prominently in your life. With this placement, it is common to have experienced a parent or caregiver as extremely nurturing, comforting, or emotionally suffocating. A Cancer Moon can indicate a parent or caregiver who was a very dominant figure in your development. We can say this about all caregivers, but if you have a Cancer Moon, you may feel particularly tied to the lessons and teachings you received from them.

Affirmations:

My needs are just as valid as anyone else’s, and I take thoughtful care of my spiritual, intellectual, and physical self.

It’s okay to outgrow my past.

Reflection Questions:

Where in your life do you feel you have the most confidence or natural talent?

What care do you tend to give others?

Is it part of how you live out your life’s purpose?

Was one of your parents an especially strong figure in your life? If so, how were they significant to your development?

How were their emotional needs overwhelming to your system?

VIRGO RISING

With your Ascendant in Virgo, the mutable earth sign, you’ll be known for your ability to make the information you have access to useful. Practical. Applicable. Through the development of your skill, your Virgo Ascendant will be happiest when working on something meaningful to you. Never finished perfecting whatever you are fixated on in the moment, your ability to pinpoint what doesn’t work is mind-boggling to the rest of the world. Virgo is exacting, critical, deeply introspective, intrigued with intelligent systems—especially ones that are healing, efficient, and naturally occurring. Your Ascendant is motivated to analyze, digest, and integrate the information that you acquire. Virgo is always in the process of putting things together and removing what isn’t needed. As such, it rules the small intestines, diaphragm, spleen, and bowels. This makes you adept at cleansing the physical, emotional, and intellectual system. A natural healer, health care provider, or medical professional, your Ascendant is motivated to find the root of the issue to bring healing to the whole. Virgo’s symbol is the virgin, usually with a sheaf of wheat and bird to depict the double-bodied nature of this mutable sign. In the ancient world, the term virgin referred to those who belonged to themselves, not someone who had never had sex. Dedicated to discovering one’s own nature through disciplined devotion, the Virgin uses the practice of self-regeneration as a way to connect spiritually. This can lend you a style that others read as closed off, unapproachable, or aloof when really you are just internally busy. What others may not understand is that Virgo is excruciatingly sensitive. Beneath the ability to critique is a deep desire to align. Virgo purifies and, in love, Virgo needs a partner who is willing to constantly process the material of the moment. When Virgo is distorted, your exacting ways are turned inward. Your Virgo can find fault with so much that you either convince yourself you have nothing to give or that no one and nothing is good enough to pursue. You’ll need to develop a keen ability to intercept your own self-sabotage, self-loathing, or self-scrutiny and instead turn that energy toward work in service of something greater.

Affirmations

I am dedicated to serving what is sacred to me.

I am patient when others are still learning what I already know.

LEO RISING

With no shame in shining, Leo knows that any performance is, at its core, a spiritual act. The actor gets up on stage and allows the human condition, in all its glory and its goriness, to come forth in service of the whole. We need a true reflection of our pain, beauty, and burdens. It’s healing to witness someone else go Both Dr. Maya Angelou and Frida Kahlo have Leo rising. The Sun rules both of their Ascendants. When the Sun (or Moon) is also the ruler of the Ascendant, the emphasis on that luminary is noteworthy. As we have learned, the significance of both the Sun and Moon shouldn’t be underestimated, and when one of them is also ruler of the Ascendant, it’s doing double duty. With the Sun ruling both of their Ascendants, we know that how they shined (the sign the Sun was in when they were born) was not only significant in terms of living out their purpose (the Sun) but also spoke to the direction in which their life was steered (the ruler of their Ascendant). Because the ruler of Dr. Angelou’s Ascendant, the Sun, was in Aries (bold and daring), the sign of its exaltation, she was gifted with a steersperson that was able to do its job efficiently, even granting her fame and recognition. Kahlo’s Sun was in a neutral sign, Cancer, so the Sun steered her life in a way that was emotive, caring, and sensitive. Because the Sun is neither strong nor hindered in Cancer, we look to other factors to determine how easy or challenging it was to live out her life’s purpose, namely, the house that the ruler of the Ascendant is in and the aspects to it from other planets. Now it is time to choose your own adventure. Please skip ahead to the planet that rules your rising sign.

SUN AS RULER (LEO RISING) If you have a Leo Ascendant, the Sun becomes its ruler. This gives you two planets to focus on (the Sun and Moon) instead of three (the Sun, Moon, and separate ruler of the Ascendant). When the Sun is the ruler of your Ascendant, your life’s direction is steered toward developing your sense of self and puts an added emphasis on the house that your Sun lives in and the area of life it is here to illuminate. With the Sun as the Ascendant ruler, the way in which you express yourself, demonstrate your courage, and exude self-confidence becomes central to your story and ability to live out your life’s purpose. Whatever sign the Sun is in will reveal your style for doing what you do. For more information about the sign that your Sun is in, please reread the description of your Sun’s sign.

MERCURY AS RULER (GEMINI RISING, VIRGO RISING)

When Mercury is the ruler of your Ascendant, your life’s direction is steered toward being able to communicate, learn, distribute, facilitate, and deliver the information most important to you. The sign that Mercury is in will reveal the distinct style in which you do this. You can honor Mercury by making sure that you have as many interesting things to learn as you do to teach. Mercury is a planet of duality; honor this by always taking in and giving out the information that you have acquired. The sign Mercury is in in your chart will tell you the specific style in which to move toward your life’s main aim. ASCENDANT RULER IN THE 11th HOUSE

Community, supporters, patrons, hopes and dreams for the future, good fortune through networks With the ruler of your Ascendant in the 11th House, much of the direction of your life will have to do with the networks, movements, and organizations that you partner with. Here, your life’s direction is steered toward the development of your role in the groups you feel most connected to. For some, that will be easy; for others challenging; for most, a mixture of both. The main takeaway here is that you need to develop a conscious relationship to the groups that you contribute your energy to. With your Ascendant ruler in the 11th House, it’s also important to put yourself in good company. If the group is moving in a direction that you don’t want to go, parting ways is a must. Since this placement can both influence the group and be influenced by it, it’s important to join peers who positively encourage your growth, challenge you to do better, and inspire you to dream without inhibition. The 11th House is also the place where we encounter the good fortune of gathering with those who help us find love, work, and purpose. If your Ascendant ruler is in your 11th House, friends, allies, and community are most likely sources of fortune for you. Friends introduce you to important people in your life and invite you to spaces, places, and partnerships that help you in monumental ways. The quality of the help of course depends on the kind of planet and its placement in your chart.
