We’ll explore ancient perspectives and current perspectives. We’ll share our insights cook up a heaping pot of wisdom with good food and community.
Sacred Wisdom Dinners are:
small, in-person dinners where you get to be you and think about some things that matter,
it’s a place of self-expression, fun and good food.
This space is for people who have been through some things, learned some things and want a space to share, be witnessed and create a body of wisdom for themselves that is rich, empathetic, fiercely true and deeply loving. It is a safe place to slow down, reflect, and align with who you truly are.
Why These Dinners Exist?
It’s easy to move through life following advice, expectations, or roles that look good from the outside but don’t truly fit. Without time to listen inwardly, it can be easy to end up living an idea of a “good life” that does not quite fit.
These dinners are an invitation to pause.
To sit, eat, reflect, and listen to yourself in the presence of others who are doing the same.
This is an evening to remember what has always been within you, to strengthen your relationship with yourself, and to leave feeling more grounded in the quiet wisdom that is uniquely your own.
What You’ll Receive:
A deeper connection to your own wisdom.
Renewed by your insight and how you see yourself.
A renewed sense of confidence in your own voice.
More connection and understanding of yourself and others.
A sense of possibility that wasn't present when you arrived.
The feeling of being "less alone."
Increased trust in your intuition.
A clearer understanding of what matters to you most.
Invigorated about your life.
Greater clarity about what you truly believe, rather than what you've inherited.
Feeling seen and heard without needing to perform or prove.
Permission to question long-held assumptions.
Who This Is For?
This dinner may be for you if you’ve ever felt:
You need to slow down catch your breath and get clear.
You need to eat well and be in a space of comfort with people who care about you.
Self-doubt creeping in and you want to get back to the you that is bigger and more loving and powerful than doubt.
You have some important things to say and you want to be heard and appreciated in saying them.
You want to reset and refuel.
It’s just time for you to say some things and be heard.
No conforming needed - you perfect here - you are enough :) !
Here are the Rules of Play which make the space free and easy for everyone.
How the Dinner Works:
Before the Dinner
Each gathering has a guiding question. You’ll receive the topic in advance and are invited to bring one idea related to it—a story, reflection, image, or thought. There’s no pressure to prepare something “good.” Even what comes to you on the drive over is welcome.
August 15, 2026 – Guiding Topic: Relationship with Ancestors
For all dinners, here are the Rules of Play
During the Dinner
Arrival & Eating: Time to land, serve yourself, and connect informally
Opening Ritual: Introductions, candle lighting, and intention-setting
Shared Reflection: Each participant shares their idea without interruption or judgment
Perspective Cards: You’ll receive an ancient or cross-cultural perspective on the topic to reflect on and share
Integration: There is time to write and share about what feels true for you and what you want to bring forward. There is an opportunity to write what you’d like to remember about yourself and what you’d like the group to remember.
I take notes throughout and later send a follow-up email summarizing the collective wisdom of the group, which you’re welcome to share with others if you choose.
After the Dinner (Optional)
Participants are invited to a free follow-up Zoom conversation one week later, recorded as an episode of The Spellbreaker Project podcast.
This conversation often explores:
Insights from the dinner
How these ideas meet real life
What limitations or “spells” are ready to be released
Participation in the podcast is optional.
I left feeling my body nourished and my soul nourished. I learned that I am not alone in what I am going through. And, I left feeling loved, stronger and supported.

I am Jenny Lewis
And I’ve transitioned from corporate life to artist and teacher. After loosing many layers of who I needed to be, I am living who I am. There is truth in this alignment, returning the strength of my voice, the vibrance of my joy, the connectedness of my sex.
There is a strength within. A compass which, if we are willing initiates us into a more fulfilling life and we get to see all that we are made of.
After 8+ years of helping hundreds of people find their deepest, most-aligned expression, I’ve learned that the most important thing about providing coaching support for my clients is allowing them the space to express their brilliance and love themselves with understanding and grace. From there, contortions relax and joy begins.
I am here for you!

What My Spaces Do Differently:
They make room for honest truth without isolation or punishment.
You can speak what’s true for you without fear of shame, social rejection, spiritual condemnation, or being made wrong for your honesty. They support self-honoring ways of living beyond inherited norms.
These spaces invite you to explore how you want to live without being constrained by social expectations, collective conditioning, or colonial frameworks that limit your aliveness. They allow deep emotional truth without fixing, pity, or savior dynamics.
You are supported to grieve, feel, and examine your own patterns, beliefs, and resistances without being rescued, managed, or minimized. They trust your inner authority and emerging power.
You are encouraged to reveal yourself, your power, explore ancient and intuitive wisdom, and listen to your inner knowing—without censorship, self-betrayal, or fear of how others (or you) might judge what emerges.
You may have experienced Support that:
Focuses on analysis and talking without helping you access the deeper layers where experiences can be integrated and released.
Does not include the body, soul, and lived experience as essential to healing and transformation.
Guides you toward what others think is right or toward a preferred outcome, rather than honoring what feels true for you.
Does not trust that you have the inner knowing to see your way through challenge, growth, and change.
