IS THIS YOU?
1. You're so focused on what needs fixing that you've lost sight of what's already remarkable about you and what you bring to the world.
2. You've been through a lot and you're ready to live from your life lessons without letting them define your future.
3. You keep finding yourself in the same situations and you're ready to understand what's driving those patterns and find a different way through.
4. You can see your family looping in patterns of the past, and you're ready to respectfully and lovingly bring in a new healthier way.
5. It feels like your dreams are impossible, but your body, sexuality, creativity and intuition knows that it’s not.
6. You're good at considering what everyone else thinks. Now you're ready to hear your own voice, trust your intuition, and give yourself room to grow.
7. The life that is unfolding isn’t according to your plans but you know it’s growing you, and you're ready to find your footing, work with what it is growing in you, and discover a more powerful kind of flow.
HI, I'M JENNY.
I'm living proof that you can change your relationship with yourself, your past, and what's possible in your life. And that some of our greatest growth comes from looking directly at the things we've spent years avoiding.
About 12 years ago, my career in law and my relationship fell apart. What felt like an ending became the beginning of a much bigger exploration into intimacy, sexuality, relationships, family systems, ancestral patterns, money, self-worth, and the beliefs that shape our lives.
Through years of personal exploration, teaching, and coaching, I've come to understand that we don't have to condemn our past to create something different. We can recognize what our experiences have given us, repair what needs attention, and trust our capacity to evolve.
I believe there is a real path available to each of us, one that is valuable, meaningful, and true to why we're here on earth. It doesn't necessarily follow the prescribed protocols of Western culture, conventional definitions of success, or someone else's idea of a good life. It asks us to listen more deeply and discover what is true for us.
When we don't listen, we lose pieces of ourselves. We compromise our desires, silence our knowing, and trade the adventure of being fully human for the security of living by someone else's rules.
Today, I bring together self-inquiry, embodied awareness, ancestral connection, ritual, and the wisdom of your own inner knowing to help you explore what's really happening, transform what's ready to change, and open to what's possible.
Because there's so much more available to us than simply getting better at managing the lives we've already created.
Best YOU is for yOU if:
1. You're ready to recognize what's remarkable about you – instead of staying focused on what needs fixing, changing, or improving.
2. You're ready to make peace with your past and put it to work for you – honoring what you've experienced, what you've learned, and who you're becoming.
3. You’re ready to alchemize your generational wounds and own your generational gifts – exploring ancestral wisdom, family patterns, and the deeper healing and assistance available through those who came before you.
4. You're ready to reconnect with your whole self – your body, sexuality, creativity, intuition, relationships, spirituality, and the parts of you that have been asking for attention.
5. You're ready to trust your own voice and knowing – making decisions based on what's true for you rather than what other people expect, approve of, or understand.
6. You're ready to pursue a life that feels bigger than the one you've been living – giving your desires, visions, and possibilities the space and attention they deserve.
Your life is yours to create.
Your aliveness is yours to reclaim.
Don’t spend years trying to become better at a life you never consciously chose.
Create the life YOU love.
Reasons to reconnect to yourself happen for many reasons. It can come at times of big pivots or simply times of simple discontentment. Whatever it is for you - the process is the same, because your value is the same. Here’s an example:
I have had multiple clients come to me after losing their jobs. When they do, they often worry that this is the worst time to spend extra money on coaching. This is always a personal choice based on your finances and circumstances, but in my experience, it could actually be the best time. Here's why:
We Work through the experience.
Together, we first focus on the emotions of the experience: the grief, the unfairness, the pain, the fear. We work through these things rather than overriding them. Somatic practices or step work can help; this takes time, but it isn't forever.
We Collect the lessons.
As things begin to move through, we collect the lessons. What's being taught? What was genuinely unfair? What would you choose differently? What amends are available for you to make, and what do you need in order to make them?
We Reconnect with desire.
What have you always wanted but put off? How can those things become part of the next phase of creating your life? What needs to change, and what needs to stay? We begin the practical application, including jobs and relationships, while remaining true to you.
Throughout the process, we cultivate gratitude for yourself and maintain a connection to the goodness of what you bring. We build this list as we go, so you can recognize your value and how the experience and its lessons have made you even more valuable.
A Client’s Story:
My client reviewed her budget and found a way to cover the cost of my coaching. She had worked with me before, and within a couple of months of deep work, she had found a new job that was a better fit for her than the one she'd lost.
She no longer struggled with colleagues and a boss who didn't appreciate the value she brought. She's now in a position that does.
Work is no longer an exercise in depletion. She's created circumstances that reflect the honor she has for herself, inside and out.
I have worked with multiple clients who have had similar experiences.
HERE’S WHAT I WANT YOU TO KNOW:
When things fall apart, getting more support gives you an opportunity to clear out the old baggage and start again from a stronger foundation.
The reason you were let go can also offer important clues. Were you allowing yourself to be undervalued? Was this a situation you'd tried to fix again and again, but one that ultimately required a change you weren't willing to make because you were afraid a better option didn't exist? Are there places where you need to grow? Give yourself time to explore these questions with grace. Nourish yourself. Allow for growth.
You can take time to look honestly at your value, separate from your boss's feedback or anyone else's assessment of you. You begin to recognize your strengths because you can actually see them, rather than having them overshadowed by old doubts or someone else's opinion.
From there, you can carry that clearer understanding of yourself into new career and business choices. You can shed the doubts that have kept you from asking for what you want and make choices that genuinely support you, rather than repeating the same old patterns that only partially serve you.
You'll be better prepared to approach interviews, recognize opportunities, and make decisions with confidence. You're investing in a future that gives back rather than depletes.
The process brings you clarity, steadiness, and the ability to learn from what happened without losing yourself in it.
My clients start liking themselves more, trusting their own knowing, and discovering just how much more is possible.
They stop contorting themselves to please everyone. They speak their truth. They recognize the foundation of worth they've had all along.
They begin to question the stories they've been living by, grieve what needs grieving, and discover that happiness and joy can exist, not in spite of the hard things, but BECAUSE OF the hard things.
They turn on lights they didn't know were there. They become more fully themselves. They start living differently.
And perhaps most importantly, they discover that they don't have to sacrifice themselves to create a life they love - they have to BE THEMSELVES to create a life they love.
Your life is not a problem to solve. It's an adventure to participate in.
Start learning to be more YOU.

What my Clients Say:
In life, we are taught to throw away the outer layers of the onion and get to the core because they don’t matter, but instead I learned that all the layers on the outside are part of the journey that leads us to that core.
I can see the joy in life again.
