As breathe moves in and out of us, so must our emotions flow. They are the movement of divinity, creativity and they bring clarity. Remember the feeling of relief after a long cry. A regular practice of introspection brings relief and clarity.
Take 10 minutes and free write either in the morning or when something challenging comes up.
Let it flow. Emotions may come. Let them flow. Breathe.
Then take 10 minutes to move your body. Walks, stretching, yoga, running whatever feels right to you.
